The CRM Project Manager is responsible for managing all activities related to our Salesforce-CRM full-cycle implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the execution of comprehensive project work plans that control resources, schedules, costs, risk, quality, scope, and changes
  • Responsible for collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to define deliverables and communicate project status in the design, development, testing, and deploying of solutions including dashboards, interfaces, and integrations
  • Drive the delivery of quality software, effectively balancing between speed-to-market pressure and the need to build for the future scale
  • Ensure that operational expectations are clearly defined and communicated to staff to enable quick responses to incidents
  • Provide support and guidance to employees in conducting thorough root cause analyses within established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Responsible for prioritizing engineering backlog items to maintain a healthy and stable technology stack

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field

  • 5 years experience in all phases of technical CRM development, implementation, testing, and integration processes
  • 3 years managerial experience, managing development and project teams
  • Experience with Agile development framework
  • Skilled in resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
  • Skilled with SFDC toolkit, VisualForce, Apex, and Lighting Web Components
  • Familiarity with utilizing SQL, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Python, DHTML, HTML, JSON, XML, AJAX, jQuery
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer or Salesforce Architect certification
